How much do you charge for event photography?

Probably the most common question when planning your event, how much does professional photography services cost?

Well in short it depends on the length of the event and the number of images you want to capture. Usually within one hour I can capture between 50 and 100 images but will narrow down to the best 30 for you to choose from. As far as the costs it will depend on two factors, length of time photographing the event and the duration of the editing. This includes narrowing down the best selection for you to choose from, colour correction, formatting to your requirements and transfer and storage of files.

Each event cost will be different due to these factors but you can follow me on social media for updates, package deals and seasonal discounts. If your a charity I offer a standard 20% off my hourly rate which will be totalled on invoicing. Proof of charity registration will be required before booking to be eligible.

Event photography doesn’t have to cost the earth, neither does the process. All my work is done electronically to reduce carbon emissions to be as eco friendly, efficient and cost effective as possible.
